These Terms & Conditions govern all services purchased from NAJ WONDERS LIMITED ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order you agree to the terms set out below.
We provide SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media management, content and conversion rate optimization services, and website health and SEO reporting. The scope of each engagement is defined by the package selected at checkout and any written agreement made during order review.
Placing an order does not create a binding contract until our team has reviewed the details and confirmed that the service requirements are clear. We may contact you for clarification, propose adjustments to scope, or decline an order that falls outside our service capability.
No payment is taken at the time of ordering and no card details are collected on this website. Once your order is confirmed, we issue a secure payment link by email. Recurring monthly services are billed each month in advance from the date of the first payment until cancelled. Work begins after payment is received.
You agree to provide accurate contact and website information, timely access to any accounts or platforms required to deliver the service, and prompt feedback where approvals are needed. Delays in providing access or feedback may extend delivery timelines.
Search engines and advertising platforms operate independently of us. While we apply proven best practices, we cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic volumes, conversion rates or revenue outcomes. Any figures shown on our website are illustrative of past client results and are not a promise of future performance.
Monthly services may be cancelled at any time with notice before the next billing date; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. One-time packages and reports are non-refundable once work or research has commenced, as they are prepared specifically for your website.
Deliverables produced for you become your property once payment has been made in full. We retain ownership of our underlying tools, templates, methodologies and know-how, and may reference the engagement in anonymised case studies unless you ask us not to.
Information you share with us in the course of an engagement is treated as confidential and used only to deliver the service. The details submitted at checkout are stored securely and used to review your order, issue your payment link and deliver the work.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with any service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost business opportunities.
