• SEO Full Report — within 3 business days of payment.
• Advanced Website Health & SEO Report — within 4 business days of payment.
• Content / CRO Strategy — within 7 business days of payment.
• SEO Optimization Package — kickoff within 3 business days; implementation phased over 30 days.
• PPC, Email Marketing and Social Media Growth packages — campaign setup within 5 business days, followed by ongoing monthly management and reporting.

4. Method of Delivery

All reports and deliverables are delivered digitally by email to the address supplied at checkout, or through a shared document link. Ongoing services include a monthly performance report delivered by email.

5. Access Requirements

Some services require access to your website, analytics, advertising or email platforms. Timelines pause while we wait for the necessary access or approvals and resume once they are provided.

6. Revisions

Reports and strategy documents include one round of revisions within 7 days of delivery, covering clarifications and corrections within the original scope. Work beyond the original scope is quoted separately.

7. Delays and Support
